Hi Ron,

First,  I want to complement you on your motor mount!   Although I had
given you dimensions for mounting on a CharBroil "Big Easy", I decided
to get a different grill to dedicate to roasting.  I had no problems
mounting the motor on the new grill.

I worried about temperatures at first, but finally realized that the key
was not the indicated temp., but the length of time of the roast.
Although my thermometer registers considerably higher than your profile
for 3 to 4 #s, I still get 1st. crack at around 15 minutes and coast
into 2nd. at 19 minutes.  Excellent coffee!  Even better than my HotTops.

My Wife and I started selling roasted coffee in our Gift Store in
February and I couldn't keep up with 2 HotTop roasters.  Now I can catch
up with orders and feel confident that the quality is still excellent.

I find that cooling is a snap with a large colander on a 5 gal. bucket
with a Shop Vac. hose mounted in the side of the bucket and pulling air
through the coffee.  Cooldown in less than 2 minutes.

Thanks again, and keep up the great work!
