Provide your own fan, stir with a spoon, simply pickup and pour into your storage container. Consider this as a down-payment on the Model T Cooler Advanced or, Model T Pro. This Patent-Pending cooler is modular, it can be stacked onto the Model T Fan Unit at any point as your needs grow. Stirring vanes can be added at any point at home, to convert to the Model T Pro or Model T Cooler Advanced. We feel this is a great solution for the entry-level roaster.

- While RK has always enjoyed offering free shipping, and shall continue to do so on all other products, we find that due to size and relative weight of this unit, we will request a $25 flat fee shipping & boxing charge for all domestic U.S. orders. This is currently the only convenient method for us to ship a unit of this size. International orders, please contact us. This fee will cover shipping charges and a sturdy crate box to ship to you so that it is not damaged during shipping. While these are sturdy Stainless Steel, the geometry of these coolers are such that impacts can still dent or warp the unit. Last thing we want is for you to find a damaged cooler on your doorstep!

Note that due to its motorized cooling vanes, this cooler cools and removes chaff automatically and significantly better than the basic version, allowing you to attend to the next roast without bothering with stirring.
